Referral Terms and Conditions

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the referral programme (2020 PSL Client Referral Programme) offered by 2020 Protection Services Ltd. (“Company”).
1.2. Participants (“Referrers”) agree to comply with these terms and conditions when participating in the Programme. If you disagree, you are not authorised to participate.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
2.2. The Referrer must be independent of the referred client (e.g., they cannot have a financial stakeholder relationship with the referred client).
2.3. The referred client must be a new customer to the Company and not already be in discussions regarding services with the Company through any other channel.

3. Referral Process

3.1. Referrers must provide accurate and complete contact information for themselves and the referred client. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in disqualification
3.2. For the Referrer to qualify for rewards, the referred client must sign a contract with the Company for its security services within 90 days of the referral submission date. The Company will notify the Referrer if and when the Referee signs a contract within 90 days.
3.3. If initial negotiations fail (e.g., no contract is signed after a formal proposal), and the client returns within 12 months, the referral terms and conditions will apply.

4. Rewards

Referrers will receive:
4.1. £150 for every successfully signed contract.
4.2. An additional £250 will be paid if the referred client signs a 12+ month contract, paid in month 12 of the first year.
4.3. The rewards in section 4.1 will be processed within 7 days after the client's first payment. Payments will be made via bank transfer, cheque, or gift card.
4.4. £300 annual retention bonus if the contract is extended, paid at the end of the year
4.5. 1 x SIA License Renewal Credit worth £200 after three successful referrals.

5. Qualifying Contracts

5.1. Qualifying contracts MUST be for at least 6 months and 48 hours weekly. Management can negotiate anything outside this scope.

6. Tax Obligations

6.1. Rewards may be subject to tax obligations under applicable law. Participants are responsible for reporting and paying taxes to HMRC. The Company will not withhold taxes but may provide a tax form if required by law.

7. Limitations

7.1. Self-referrals or referrals of previous clients of 2020 are prohibited and will not qualify for rewards.
7.2. Each client may only be referred once; if multiple Referrers submit the same client, only the first valid referral will be eligible for rewards.
7.3. Disputes involving referrals will be resolved within 30 days of notification, based on the digital timestamp of referral submission.
7.4. The Company reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any suspicious referrals.

8. Program Modifications and Termination

8.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this Programme without prior notice but will honour rewards for referrals submitted before such changes take effect. The Company will notify Referrers of any material changes to the Programme (e.g., via email or website update).
8.2. A referral may not extend beyond 24 months from the day the contract was signed; at this point, it will automatically terminate, and no further compensation will be paid.

9. Fraud Prevention

9.1. Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to, creating fake clients, falsifying contact information, or attempting to manipulate the Program.

10. Privacy

10.1. By participating in the Program, Referrers consent to collecting and using their data solely for Program administration purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
